業務内容 / business content: CMや短期プロジェクトのジェネラリスト。アニメーション、モデリングUV、サーフェイステクスチャ FX等のアーティスト業務。ライティング、コンポジット作業弊社のリモートマシンに接続しての作業。自分のツールにて作業か相談ください。得意なスキルをお聞かせください。; Generalist for commercial and short term projects. Animation, modeling UV, surface texture Artist work for FX, etc. Lighting and compositing work. Work with connection to our remote machine. Work with your own tools or consult with us. CG・VFX SuperVisor

業務内容 / business content: CG映像制作と進行管理業務。; VFX production and management
応募資格 / qualification requirements: チームを引率し、常に明るい雰囲気を作れる方。問題を解決する能力が高い方。クライアントが意図する動画の設計を構築、提案できる方。各種DCCツールの操作と各部門のアーティストへ指示が出来る事。カメラの構造。光学の知識に長け、CG・VFXのワークフロー、パイプラインを構築出来る方。作品、またはデモリールをお持ちの方。; Responsible for designing the video production required by the director / director. Can operate and instruct various DCC tools. Skilled in photography and optics, giving instructions to each artist and controlling the team. Those who can build CG / VFX workflow and pipeline. エフェクトアーティスト / FX Artist

業務内容 / business content: 監督やスーパーバイザーの意図する映像の作成; Creation of images intended by directors and supervisors
応募資格 / qualification requirements: 3dsmax Houdini などのDCCツールやスタンドアロンのエフェクトツールが使用出来る方。水・火・煙などの流体シミュレーションや、爆発・崩壊などの剛体・軟体の物理シミュレーション。髪の毛・衣といった揺れもののシミュレーション、物理に詳しい方。自然現象に興味があり、映像として再現する能力のある方。作品、またはデモリールをお持ちの方。; Those who can use DCC tools such as 3dsmax Houdini MAYA and stand-alone effect tools. Fluid simulation of water, fire and smoke, and physical simulation of rigid and soft bodies such as explosions and collapses. Those who are familiar with simulation and physics of shaking things such as hair and clothes. Those who are interested in natural phenomena and have the ability to reproduce images. CGアーティストを目標としたCG見習い ※定員に達しましたので募集を締め切りました。 / CG VFX apprentice

業務内容 / business content: REDOT社内の環境整備。 CG・VFXアーティストの補助雑務。; REDOT internal environment improvement. Miscellaneous work.
応募資格 / qualification requirements: ■応募資格美術センスに自信のある方で、転職を希望の方。パソコン・CG・VFX・コンピューターグラフィックスの経験はないけど、これから覚えたいという方。短期間でCGとビジネスを覚えて、正社員として働きたい方。コミュニケーションが得意で、とにかく明るい方。 Blenderが動くパソコンをお持ちの方。 ■正社員雇用までのロードマップ作品やインタビューを行い、CG見習いとしての適正を判断します。　　　　　　↓ Blenderなどの無料CGツールを使ったトレーニングを、週に一回　１時間から２時間、無料で行います。 ※スタジオにお越しいただいての講習となります。在宅でのリモート講習を希望の場合はご相談ください。課題をクリアしながら３ヶ月間、CG・VFXの業務が適正か、お互いに判断していきます。　　　　　　↓ 成果物などを評価し、CG見習いとして試用期間３ヶ月を設けます。 CGアーティストとしての適正が無い場合は、この３ヶ月講習で終了となります。　　　　　　↓ 正社員雇用の見極めを行います。; Those who are good at art but want to learn CG, VFX, computer graphics.
